Where you can check out stuff for FREE!
There are a couple of small, playful things that I refer to or use almost every day. I wanted to gather them together just in case you were looking for someone to give you permission (Permission Slips!), or aren’t exactly sure what you need (Qualities of Desire!), or just want to fuck around a little bit. (Origami! Print Your Own!)
|If you’ve ever needed a reason to take a nap, leave a meeting early, or go on a field trip, then you need a Permission Slip. You can give them to your friend, or your boss, or your lover! You can post them anywhere; your front door, your office window, your journal, even the bathroom!Give yourself permission to have a spa day, taste a piece of luscious dark chocolate, or just go on Silent Retreat from the world. Permission Granted Sensualista! Here’s 6 of them to print out just for you! Just right click on the picture and choose “save link as.” Remember, it worked for Jean-Luc Picard, and he was sexy as hell!|
Sometimes, I need a list to help me figure out what I’m missing, what I need, or simply to remind me of all the pleasure of living sensually.
Use this list of energizing words to give you a boost of inspiration. Or add them to your vision board, or collages, or just paste them all over your walls. It’s downloadable too. Just right click on the picture and save to your desktop!
And if you’re not sure which words are the right ones, just ask yourself…
- What do I need right now?
- What quality is missing from this experience?
- What would make this experience even better?
- What would make me smile?
- What could I gather into my essence?
- What do I want to radiate in my life right now?
- What qualities do I want to add to my force field?
Origami! Print Your Own!
Why? Because they are perfect metaphors for your desires, hopes, wishes and dreams. Because they are so fun to try and hold on to during Belly Nata. Because creating them can be rather relaxing. Because it’s rather exhilarating to make something small and cute and then be able to smoosh it into your heart, or give it to a child, or watch it float away in the bath tub.
I’ve got patterns and paper for you right here. You don’t even have to go to the store! You can kiss me later, but not on the lips. I’m taken.
